If you hate the idea of going the gym or exercising outside, buying a cross-trainer to use at home is a great way to exercise your whole body whilst being in the privacy of your own home. Also, having your own cross-trainer means you can use it whenever you wish, day or night, without having to wait for someone else at the gym to finish using it. Buying a brand new cross-trainer can be expensive, especially if you are looking to buy a more robust machine or a better brand/model. There are many people selling their second hand cross-trainers and they are a fraction of the price of brand new machines. This is a benefit to you if you are looking to buy a cross-trainer on a budget or have your heart set on an expensive machine but do not want to pay the expensive RRP.
